I read your piece(s). What to say. You folks bit off more then you could chew and missed a deadline. That is a foundation of project management no matter if it is paid or unpaid. Try and explain it all one wants it means someone (or group) is not capable of good project management. I assume that you and the team are confident you can make the next deployment dates...?
