I'm afraid I haven't, but I'm really impressed with the one-off cost
of www.batchpcb.com "$10 setup fee (per order - appears as a handling
fee), 2 layer - $2.50/sq. inch 4 layer - $8.00/sq. inch". If you could
get some Eagle files from someone, perhaps this service might help.

(If anyone has experience with this or other similar shops, I'd love
to hear about it.)
