I used to run 10W SSB into a vertical on RS-10, and receive on a random bit of wire across the garden. This setup worked well. Never got the same results on RS-12/13, even with 25W SSB, except when I aimed a beam at the bird. 73 de VK3JED / VK3IRL http://vkradio.com _______________________________________________ Sent via [email protected].
