Hello All, I am looking for a scanner that I could use with a Hamtronics preamp as a downlink. The scanner should be able to step in 1 KHZ steps or less, receive on FM and maybe be used in the 137 MHZ range for WX sats. Portability and price are a MAJOR consideration.
