Hello Tim, I have the same problem here in Europe. Everybody making a zoo on the usual transponder and nobody on the qrp transponder. Calling cq during the entire pass and all I heard was myself with amazing signals with only 2 watts on the uplink. Maybe some operators in Europe read this and use the qrp transponder while it is on.
