It's concerning Yubileiniy-2 which is slated for a December 28 launch into a
1400 km orbit. It mentions Aerospace Vehicle Laboratory ROSTO providing the
radio system, didn't they also do RS-15 ?
The first Yubileiniy used 435 MHz.
