Hello satfolks;
When i listen to the recording of the activity (12:35z) over Europe of HO68 I
hear my calling is shortly interupted just that long of a packet. So I think the
input of the transmitter is muted every time a carry is detected. If many try to
send packets to the sat normal voice communication is impossible.
So my conclussion is: packet and voice mode at the same time is not a good way.
Maybe that was the problem of the firsth FM-activity over Europe.
Many where trying to work the sat in packet and the input was most of the time
muted. Only big gunns could get thru the packets.
