I tried to work HO-68 during the pass over West Europe on 16 Jan 20:20 Z and no
signal was detected during the whole pass. Only at the highest elevation I
noticed a weak echo of the dashes I was puting at the uplink. Am I doing
something wrong (new keplerians, new activation timetable, commissioning
change) or there is a problem in the bird?
