ROS is a digital spread spectrum mode but with a narrow tota occupied bandwidth. Current activity takes place on USB frequencies: 3.600, 7.053, 14.101, 28.300.
It can automatically synchronizes within a range of + -200 Hz so may be a better mode for satellite working than PSK31.
