Actually, my accountant put that number in my head. When she realized that I was leaving the house at 3 or 3:30 to beat traffic for an engagement, and getting home 'bout 11pm or so, she asked me to think of a "100 mile" number. I didn't understand what she was trying to get at. But she treats me well, and helps me with all this stuff come tax time.
