Hi Dave,

 

 I am not sure if you have already done this, but in the menu, you need to 
change decode to 9600 bps. I recall this being defaulted

to 1200 bps.

 

 Also, if I recall, wiring is different for 9k6 decode and terrestrial 
operations.
