Basically funding is needed for the P3E and P5A launches I think it's something
like $10-15 million. I'm sure if they get that money it'll be prominently
displayed on the site.
The 2010 AGM & Symposium report on the top right on their homepage, it mentions
the Joint Feasibility study carried out with the DLR (German Aerospace Center).
