While verbal reports like this have their use, I would like to remind
everyone of the excellent service at http://oscar.dcarr.org If you
have reason to believe the satellite is down, be sure to indicate this
fact on that website so that others can confirm their suspicions at a
glance. Likewise, logging successful use is helpful for all concerned,
especially in a volatile situation such as AO-51's current one.
