Thanks, Wayne, for your message! I attended a local "celebratory" event for the date - but we have to get back home to tend to our horse and burro ... we have folks who shoot off illegal fireworks nearby - much to the dismay and consternation of our "big guys' ears."

"For those of you who have read my online bio, yes, I do own a burro ... " Those in the audience who are UNDER 50 years of age think I am saying, "Edward, our burro." But those of us who are over 50 or 60 - and/or know a little about journalism, KNOW the reference. And so it goes ....
