Hi all.
I am trying to find some information on P3E. I wonder if anyone can help?
Specifically, I'm trying to find the overall mass of the satellite and the
mass of the fuel carried for the 200N orbital transfer motor.
I can estimate it from AO-13, but I wondered if any accurate info was
available.
