One other organization that I can think of has already done this for WAS, DXCC, and maybe other awards, I can't remember them all right off-hand.
MARAC, the Mobile Amateur Radio Awards Club (I think!) has a mobile WAS, and Mobile DX award. The DX award is given in steps of less than 100 countries. They're nice award certificates, the cost is reasonable.
