I recommend the HRD support forum at http://forums.ham-radio.ch/.
The author of the program and several knowledgeable people are usually quick to
respond.
The first thing they will ask you is the version and build of HRD you are
using, and they will suggest you upgrade to the latest, if you have not already
done so.
