I guess in RSC-Energia's world, "full responsibility for the satellite" 
translates to "we can do whatever the *%^$# we want with it"...

Now that they hijacked & broke it, they'll probably toss it as space junk.

(If you're getting the impression that I was less than thrilled with their 
Gagarin Commemoration plans for ARISSAT-1, you're right...)
