Curious why NASA is delaying such a long time to hand launch the satellite
until July? I would think they would want to get it out of there and
de-clutter the ISS. Given that it appears to be dead without a solar panel
functioning, it seems like an obvious idea to me. Is there some reason why
they can't schedule this sooner?
