Hello Enzo, If I had that problem, on the rear of the control box I would reverse the "UP" and "DOWN" wire connections (2 wires only; I think they are contacts 4 and 5, but please double check on your schematic!). You can then determine if it's the rotor, the controller, or a wire connection.
