Ok,  Smartphone,

Me Bad, I thought this was just another group using a cellphone on a 
balloon flight. Upon further reading I see they did take the data out of 
the "Phone" and downlink it via "Ham Radio"  Who's call I wonder?

But i guess i jumped the Gun
