I recorded the transponder downlink band on my funcube dongle while
testing the transponder, and had a chance to listen to the result
several times. It doesn't seem that the telem or FM signals are
measurably less powerful at the times when a bunch of us got through
on the transponder.

I can make the HDSDR data file available to whoever would like to look over it.
