Following the confirmation from an AMSAT-NA team that the receivers are still working and a few attempts to reload the high level operational code (IHT), the spacecraft was returned to this mode. After 18 years from launch (on the 26th of September 1993) battery, solar panels and all subsystems seem to be in fair shape. Mike DK3WN has written a great software to decode the MBL telemetry and all reception reports are welcome!
