That works great when you are in the middle of your time zone, geographically, 
which you and I appear to be.  It wouldn't be quite so accurate if you were in 
one of those absurd examples of politics trumping astrophysics, such as 
Iceland, north-central Mexico, Argentina, or most of China which is an hour or 
three off.
