Hi Andy,

The OCXO should be fine to drive either DEMI or DB6NT transverters.

On the VFC pin, they usually tune over a range 0-5v. Sometimes you can just let them float, but it's usually better to tie them to a stable voltage source. You really need to measure it to find out. I personally would not let the VFC pin float.
