Hi Peter,NH6VB I believe that Stefan,VE4NSA never worked or was listening on a HEO othervise he will be not in favour only on the Cubesat and I am sure he will pull also like me and many others for P3E
To give Stefan a demonstration of what I am stating I have sent to all of you a WAV file 3 minutes long with a QSO via AO40 in wich we are three of us (IW2ERR-i5UXJ and i8CVS) talking like into a telephone without QSB or QRM and nice audio quality for hours much better than in 20 meters because we can interrupt each other at the same time. Sorry the QSO is in italian but it is sufficient to say that if Stefan ever worked a HEO he have missed a lot.
