To show you how uncertain this whole thing is---this morning I went to Space-Track and got a set of keps for these birds. Most were dated with "day 304".
Just now, I went for another "fresh" set--they had gone back to "day 303" and when compared to the previous set from early this morning, and all the AOS times are about 2-3 minutes different!
