Heard Chibis-M CW telemetry on 435.315 during 04:43 UT pass over
India. The signals were really very strong even at 2.3 degrees max
elevation. Eagerly awaiting to hear Chibis-M (RS-39) again at 05:49 UT
pass over India with a max ele of 57.8 deg.
