RAFT cubesat (5" cube) was released with a spin rate of 80 RPM due to a
separation failure between the two cubesats (one antenna stuck to the
other).

But 3 months later, the spin was down to essentially zero.  Unfortunately,
we did not track that spin over time, other than to notice 3 months later it
was zero.
