I wonder if somebody has any clue what that very last packet in the MaSat - 1 
sequence could be ? The single packet which gets transmitted at the end of the 
sequence, before 

the 10 seconds or so of silence and the beginning of the CW.

It never decodes with the software, even in excellent signal conditions. So I 
think the decoder doesn't understand it, or 

 can not/want not to show its contents.

Some kind of checksum ? Signal calibration ? Hidden Telemetry data ? Message to 
E.T. ?

Just curious. And yes, 006D has my vote.
