I was thinking the same thing, Kevin. With all this noise about it being back up, I'm sure some people will boot up their PC's, turn the radio on, and walk away. It's likely that some of these people gate the traffic to the Internet but I'd wager greater than 50% of the unattended stations beaconing every minute "HEY I'M ON THE ISS" don't even have the courtesy to relay.
