no - they are totally different projects!

CAMSAT  is the Chinese AMSAT organisation I believe
CAMcube is the working name for a joint venture project between Cranfield 
University and AMSAT-UK. This will/may be a 1 or 2U cubesat and is in response 
to ESA's recent Notification of 
Interest http://www.esa.int/SPECIALS/Education/SEMRLXSX55H_0.html
