I purchased Nova for Windows software years ago, planning to become active in satellite operations. Years passed before I finally made my first QSO just weeks ago. I've been using SATPC32 but also wanted to have Nova on my computer to help me better visualize upcoming passes.

I sent an e-mail to the software maker, seeking to have my registration updated and offering to to pay for new registration. No response was received. Then I decided to simply order a new copy of the software from the ARRL Store. I ordered the software along with some books. The books were
received last week but the software was listed as being "on back order".

The web site contains no shopping cart or provision for registering the software through online payment such as PayPal.

Does anyone know what's going on? Would love to purchase or pay for an upgrade to my original license, but they're not making it
easy. :-)
