On the last pass, orb. nr 4, good signal but only small pieces of text
as there is a lot of time between CW frames and I was waiting not exactly
on the frequency and time because of the approximate preliminary
parameters.
And I confirm OZ1MY observation, about 2 kHz higher than
Doppler shift prediction using the tle given on the ESCube-1 site.
Two frames received partly because of the panic, the first one ending at
exactly 10:54:20 UTC.
Congratulation to the staff at Tartu and Tallinn, good job ! I'll send
you more info ASAP directly.
