George,

Over the years I have sent a couple preamps to ARR for repair.  I've always 
been happy, whether the job was under warranty or afterwards.  My experiences 
have been excellent, and the price is reasonable, given the nature of the 
repair (tiny parts, static sensitive, etc.)
