I looked at your new link for Amsat keps and I notice that they are for
Sep 12. How often does Amsat update their keps ? 15 days seems a bit dated
to me, but maybe its not. I wonder how does the placement of ISS with these
keps compare to http://www.n2yo.com/satellite/?s=25544 .
