Hi Rob,

I just had a 50 degree pass at 1830 UTC and heard the CW beacon twice with good signal strength. I was doing manually search tracking since I wanted to vet the tle's and they seem to be close to what you gave. The problem is that the CW is on for about 10 seconds every 3 plus minutes or so. This makes it hard to get a fix on it.

CW beacon with different parameters of the satellite (only in sunlight)
TM every 150 seconds with all the housekeeping parameters (only in sunlight).
