The UK communications regulator Ofcom have published a consultation on the 
technical coexistence issues for the proposed 2300 and 3400 MHz LTE (4G 
cellphone) bands.

In is worth noting that Ofcom use the ITU-R frequency filing database as the 
source of information for the usage of the Amateur-Satellite Service bands. 
This highlights the importance of all amateur satellites being correctly 
registered in the ITU-R database.
