It looks like the next 100 Dove CubeSats will be deployed by conventional launch vehicles presumably into a higher orbit which will give them an extended lifetime compared to the 5 or 6 months that the ISS offers.
But it may completely tie up the entire CubeSat capacity of 3-5 rockets which could produce a shortage of launch capacity in 2015/16.
