Assuming that you already loaded the Icom drivers on the PC and
the 2 comm ports show up in your hardware list then setting up SatPC32
should be a breeze, "setup-radio-radio1 "icom" model IC-9100, baud rate
19200, addresses $7C $7C com-port # "
the baud rate and addresses are the default for the 9100, if yours are
different then of course adjust the values to match your 9100.
I'm guessing you have missed a step somewhere...
