Using GoSatWatch from Indiana, I agree with Kevin's pass times.  However, the 
0940 EDT pass (1340 Z) is only 3 degrees.  :-(

While the 1113 EDT pass (1513 Z) is a respectable 44 degrees elevation, it is 
outside of the announced operating times for the FM transponder (0930Z - 1400Z).
