This satellite does not yet have an OSCAR number (such as AO-73.)  I am
quite sure no one at the ARRL has seen fit to have it added by another name
for LOTW purposes. When AO-73 was designated, I opened a help desk ticket
and several days went by before we could confirm QSO'S via LOTW.
