I did add support for snack and it does work. However there was a little bug
in snack (there has been a new release since I last checked so it may have
been fixed?) that caused there to be a crackling noise every now and then.
That bothered me enough to go back to using plwav.exe. So at the moment
there is a choice in the config if you want to use snack or specify a
different program.

PS For some reason I can't access cvs at the moment so am not able to update
to test all the latest commits :(.
