On Mac OS X, the config window is system-based, not made by aMSN, so sorry I can't help you on that :P Someone has to fix it. Oh, and I just noticed that you get a bug report if you try to open the window when there is already a window open, it should check if the window already exists, if it does just give it focus instead of trying to recreate it:
