DocumentationTODO is what needs to be added to the user's guide, etc. 
This is helpful for those who want to help document, but don't know
where to start.

I guess I can remove the Pending Documentation Additions because it's
basically a duplicate of Tracking of list queries and suggestions.

My main point was.... We need to start keeping track of things.  If
there's something on the list that we find interesting, but don't have
time to further investigate it, at least paste it on the "Tracking of
list queries and suggestions" page so that we know where to look later
instead of sorting through 500 marked emails for the correct topic.

Just trying to help keep things organized.
