I already answered this email, so I'll just say that 1 lang manager per language would be a total mess (image,3 developpers and 30 lang managers.. are we a software or an international organisation :P) anyways, lang managers had what they wanted and I did give you back your 4 managers you asked for...I think it's nice this way.. maybe I'm wrong..
