I did some reorganising to get it all to work. However I ran out of time just before finishing. It is all good now except for the fact that I lost the top scollbar (it is commented out "#pack $w.right.notes.ys -side right -fill y") because it causes the size to increase - if someone could take a look at how to put it back without increasing the size of the box. We may just need to add a -height to 1 of the frames.

I have the same problem, the Note box is too greedy so the 'current notes' box is hidden.
