simple :
code is hell, it works... maybe, incomplete feature, messy thing, plugin
IMPOSSIBLE to compile (we have a binary version but noone was ever able to
compile it.. only burger)...
and basically because noone knows about the code, noone knows how to make
it work, when people say 'this is my output, why isn't it working', we
have no idea how to read the logs... same thing, we have no idea what to
answer when people ask 'can i choose my sound device?' because noone has
knowledge about this...
burger is the only one who does, and he's far far away... when he'll be
back, we'll have the working farsight as a backend,so it will be fine...
but for now wee decided to drop support.. especially now that we have
webcam support in amsn and it works better than linphone.. (and I think
sound is working only one way in linphone anyways.. whatever, we don't
know!)
