IMPORTANT!
we should put in the bug report the patchlevel of tcl and tk, not the
version...
we're getting errors from Tcl 8.4 everywhere.. I want to know if it's
8.4.5 or 8.4.12!
the $::tcl_version should become $::tcl_patchLevel ...
is it a safe fix ? is the server expecting an X.Y ?
he who knows + has time, please test and commit that, before 0.95 if

let's say it's in 36 hours from now, we need to finish all issues by
