On the aMSN website is a news on censorship on the messengernetwork

I experienced this about 6 months ago, trying to send a link to the
rather interesting site http://www.scrolllock.net/passport (wich no
longer works).
Why this should be censored? No one knows. My initial thought was
that this site mayby contains spyware/virus and MS tries to prevent
it from spreading.
By the way, the new website does not work properly in mozilla
firefox, which I find strange, since aMSN is a cross platform project.
